It's a story about pirate. oda eiichiro has been writing it from 1999 to 2011, now. protagonist is rupi. His body is made of rubber. He can take advantage from his body when he fight against others. It bring people the romance about pirate. straw hat and red vest is now the trade mark of rupi.
One boy wanted to be the king of pirate because he admired shangkus who is the famous pirate and save boy's life. When he became seventeen, he started his first trip to be a the greatest pirate in the world. in that trip, he met his faithful companies.
